    I bought these for a bake sale and thought the aluminum pans would work well for angel food cake. These are probably better suited for a more traditional cake or quick bread. It worked ok but the serving size was very small. So while I might slice an entire angel food cake into 8-10 slices, the same batter used up 16 pans. I was also surprised (my fault for not reading the description closely) that there were only 30 pans with 30 lids – that’s how they get to 60 pieces. Not the best value really for a one-time use item. The lids were finicky and I had to tape them on to be sure they stayed because any crimp in the foil and the lid doesn’t fit well. I’ll use up the remaining pans at the next bake sale and they did look cute. However, I don’t think I will be purchasing again unless I find some at a much better price.
