A Note On Proper Folding (Applies to All Sizes)
Points to Note 1
Proper Folding Sequence: Crease line 1 first, followed by line 2. This sequence is critical to ensure proper assembly of the box.
Points to Note 2
Proper Side Panel Alignment When correctly folded, the side panel should have a slight convex shape with the outer edge sitting higher than the inner edge.
Troubleshooting: If the inner edge is higher than the outer edge, the box will not lock securely. To fix this, simply press firmly along fold line 2 to reshape the panel into the correct position.

Final Shape Check: When the box is completely folded, a top-down view of the side should show a clean, rectangular frame.
Troubleshooting Tip: If the side appears as a straight “I” shape, the assembly is incorrect. In this case, please revisit and carefully follow Note 1 and 2.
