I take multivitamins regularly and have tried many women’s formulas over the years, but I had never used liquid vitamins before. They tend to be more expensive than capsules or tablets, and I wasn’t sure the higher absorption rate justified the cost. What drew me to this one were the strong hair and skin ingredients.
Before starting, I checked every ingredient and dosage to know exactly what I was getting. Biotin is extremely high at 12,500 mcg (41,667% DV). Since biotin is water soluble, it’s generally safe, and I’ve had good results with it in the past when taking high-dose standalone supplements.
This formula also includes 2,500 mg of Verisol Bioactive Collagen Peptides, which is a clinically studied amount. Research suggests improvements in skin elasticity, wrinkle depth, and nail strength after 4–8 weeks. There is 250 mg of Setria Glutathione, clinically explored for skin-brightening and antioxidant benefits, and 200 mg of hyaluronic acid, which supports hydration and joint comfort.
On the weaker side, the herbal blend is only 8 mg in total, covering dong quai, ginseng, cranberry, and a few others, which is too little to expect any results.
The core vitamins are solid: A, C, D, and E are all at around 100% DV, and most of the B vitamins are slightly above daily needs, which is fine. Minerals are much less balanced. Iron is at 33% DV, selenium at 3% DV, while chromium is very high at 571%. It also lists 100 mg of colloidal minerals from fulvic acid water, but the exact amounts are not listed. That makes it inconvenient, since you still need extra minerals to cover daily requirements.
The scent isn’t very pleasant, so I try not to smell it when taking it. The taste is mostly mango, with little strawberry, and it tastes much better than it smells. The liquid is rather thick but easy to swallow. I usually take one tablespoon with breakfast and another with dinner. As for effectiveness, I don’t expect any immediate changes and plan to wait until I’ve used it consistently for about a month. So far, I haven’t had any digestion issues, aftertaste, or side effects.
The label also shows GMP certification, which adds some reassurance about quality standards.
Overall, I see this less as a full multivitamin and more as a beauty-focused supplement. Its main strengths are collagen, biotin, glutathione, and hyaluronic acid for supporting skin, hair, and nails. The vitamins are covered well, but the mineral content is minimal.
These multivitamins are on the expensive side, much pricier than most quality tablet or capsule options and even higher than many other liquid multivitamins, so I hope the results justify the cost.
