Upon receipt of the product, please gently open the winding wire. Excessive force on the lights wire, it could damage it or LED become loose, causing a break in the circuit.

Look at all connection points (plug connectors) to ensure they are secure. Loose connections can cause intermittent lighting.

Yes, the lights and transformer are IP 44 waterproof, so they can meet normal use outside but not enough to put under water directly. Avoid the water damage or moisture if the lights have been exposed to rain or snow.
Why isn’t the remote working?
1. Dead Batteries: Replace with fresh batteries (check polarity).
2. Ensure nothing blocks the IR sensor on the device .
