Troubleshooting: Correct Installation and Light Connection Issues
A. Check the Wire Connection
Please ensure the wires are connected correctly and securely fastened.
Note: Make sure the connector is aligned with the designated slot.
B. Perform Light Detection via the Aidot App
If the issue persists, please use the “Light Detection” feature in the Aidot app.
Instructions: Open the Aidot App -> Go to the Home Page -> Select the light -> Enter “Device Settings” -> Tap “Light Detection” -> Detect -> Click “enter manually” at the bottom of the page ->Then enter the number that you want to detect.
C. Reset and Re-add the Light
If the above steps fail, please reset the light and add it to the app again.
To drop the device from the app: Open the Aidot App -> Home Page -> Select your light -> Device Settings -> Drop Device.
To reset the light: Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds. The LED indicator will start blinking red, green, and blue alternately. A successful reset is indicated when the light turns to a steady 2700K color temperature.
